Sketchbooked started out as my productive procrastination / "design-a-day" illustration series of facebook and twitter friends' profile photos and posts. It is now more of a process blog of my design and creative endeavors.

The purpose of this site is to explore notions of social media, and engage with others using my art and design.

My name is Miguel Cardona and I live in Rochester, NY.

I am a Visiting Professor of Graphic Design/ New Media Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
