Dom. (1/12/2010) This week, I will be posting illustrations of those people that facebook suggests I reconnect with. This is the second installment in that series. I will be posting these sketches on their walls as well.
We were on the same RA staff. Dom was always chill and laid back… I have a vague memory of us always battling each other in some way (fight club style?) for supremacy… I could be wrong tho. I remember we played a lot of texas hold’em as well. He came out for my 19th birthday in Canada = a lot of alcohol and cash lost at Casino Niagara… good times.

I actually ran into Lindsey a few weeks ago while sitting at Chipotle. We were RA’s together, and she was in BioMed Photo / New Media Publishing. I remember Lindsey as being charismatic, with a strong personality, always with a smile. I also remember being very jealous of her 17inch powerbook back in the dorms :P, when all I had was a sad little ibook.
Farnan. Back in the day, when we were RAs, this kid was off the hook energetic & hilarious. His best qualities are his straightforwardness, sincerity, creativity & insanity … even tho hes on the other coast, we still keep tabs on each other. Another awesome Designer friend… ( I seem to have a ton of these ) Farnan is also a master of Dodgeball and photshopping faces onto pretty much anything.

One of my most favorite people in the world, Me and Jenn go back almost 10 years (OMG!). Jenn was my Resident Director when I was a freshman, then later on, my Community Education Coordinator—when I was a Resident Advisor. To this day, a friend and mentor, I know I can turn to for advice and a smile. Currently she is one of the Directors for Alumni Relations at RIT.
Geoff. One of my best friends in college, Co-RA, and roommate… Gbro, as he is affectionately called, is a brand unto himself sporting his own stlye of mannerisms, eccentricities, and wordplay. A great designer—hard working, and focused, currently he is rockin’ it out on the west coast and working for IDEO.
