Randi (2/21/2010). I know Randi from high school. We had good times in the back of the art room together playing music, and making art. She made the most amazing sculpt of her self… it was just, like Woah! Randi is a very outgoing free spirited individual who’s enthusiasm and energy has always astounded me. What this illustration does now show, is the two pine cones Randi is holding up to her chest in a very amusing fashion…

Matt (2/6/2010) I knew Matt from Highschool.  I run into him occasionally about town. Last I heard, he was reffing some roller derby competitions… for the Queen City Rollers. A very outgoing, kind and spiritual individual, I have never seen Matt without a smile proudly displayed and stretching across the the frame of his face.

Kathleen. Last post of this Year! Woot! 2010!…So last night I went to the bar Frizzy’s meeting up with some friends from high school on Allen street. Lo and behold, I ran into a another friend from highschool who was bar tending there. Kathleen is a proud mother and grad student at Buffalo State College pursuing a career in higher ed. Incidentally, she was also my prom date for Junior prom.

Because she was so nice as to offer up some conversation, kind words about my new blog, and a free beer, I decided to sketch her for today’s post. Being New Year’s Eve and all, I chose a profile pic of hers that suits the spirit. I think she is dressed as princess Daisy (Her boyfriend was dressed as Mario).
