Today’s Post, My Tio Cheo. Every time I visit Puerto Rico, I am greeted by my uncle at the airport. He treats me like a son, even tho we have only spent a week or two in each other’s presence. A strong, and brilliant man, I could only hope to have a fraction of the energy, and liveliness that he possesses at his age. He is pictured here peeling potatoes, yams, and plantains for some of my Tia’s amazing Sancocho. Damn, I am hungry now.

I worked on this over the past couple of days… The final will not look like this exactly, I just dolled up the textures and whatnot for a quick post up.
